Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Physical Products (India)
- Returns accepted: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective physical products in India, subject to eligibility below.
- Exchanges accepted: Yes, exchange requests are accepted for eligible items.
- Product condition: Only new products are eligible (unused items in original packaging with invoice).
- Return window: 30 days from delivery date.
- Return method: In store at our Raipur office or by mail/courier return.
- Return label: Included in the package for eligible by-mail return shipments. The return label is free. If unavailable, contact support for return instructions.
- Return cost: Free for eligible returns.
- Restocking fee: No cost.
- Non-returnable cases: Used products, products damaged by customer misuse, or custom/personalized products (unless damaged/incorrect on arrival).
2. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Item
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with order ID, package photos, and item photos.
- After verification, we arrange replacement, return, or refund as applicable.
3. Refund Timeline
- For approved returns, refund processing is completed within 7 days to the original payment source.
- Final credit reflection may additionally depend on your bank or payment partner processing cycle.
4. Consultation and Digital Services
- Consultation bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and required details submission.
- Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be shared as early as possible on WhatsApp or email support.
- Once a consultation is delivered, it is treated as a completed service and is not eligible for refund.
- Digital/downloadable products are generally non-returnable after delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
