Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation Services
- Consultation bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and required details submission.
- Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be shared as early as possible on WhatsApp or email support.
- Once a consultation is delivered, it is treated as a completed service and is not eligible for refund.
2. Payment Failure or Duplicate Charge
- If payment is deducted but booking is not confirmed, contact support with transaction details.
- Eligible refunds are initiated to the original payment source after verification.
- After initiation, banks or payment partners may take about 7 to 10 business days to reflect the refund.
3. Product or Service Specific Policy
- Some products, courses, or services may have listing-specific terms.
- In case of conflict, the policy shown on the specific product or service page will apply.
