1. Consultation and Digital Services
- Online consultation is a digital service; no physical shipping is involved.
- Service delivery is completed through booking confirmation, call scheduling, and consultation session support.
- Required information (map, property details, and related inputs) must be submitted for timely service delivery.
2. Physical Product Orders
- Free shipping across India on all orders — no minimum order value, no hidden charges.
- Standard delivery timeframe: 3–7 business days from order confirmation, depending on destination and courier serviceability.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days via India Post, Bluedart, Delhivery, or other reputable couriers.
- Tracking details are shared via SMS, email, and WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
- Remote / non-serviceable pin codes may take an additional 2–4 business days; we will inform you in advance if any delay is expected.
- For deliveries that have not arrived within the standard window, contact us within 48 hours of the expected date so we can investigate with the courier partner.
3. Payment Methods
- We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets via secure payment partners.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. All orders are pre-paid online.
- Payments are processed over secure encrypted channels; we do not store your card details on our servers.
4. International Shipping
- International shipping is available on request for select countries. Charges are quoted separately based on destination, weight, and customs duties.
